This onboarding page guides new investors through the required steps to begin a secure, compliant, and transparent partnership with us.

1. Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

We follow a clear and structured onboarding pathway to ensure regulatory compliance and investor protection.

Step 1 — Submit Initial Interest

Submit your interest through our contact form or email:

  • Please include:
  • Your full name or company name
  • Country of residence or registration
  • Investment range (optional)
  • Preferred project category (Housing, Water, Energy, Employment)
  • You will receive a confirmation within 24–48 hours.

Step 2 — Receive Investor Information Pack

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

  • Fund overview
  • Project pipeline summary
  • Risk disclosure statement
  • Investment term sheet (if applicable)
  • Compliance requirements

This pack will help you understand our operations and impact objectives.

Step 3 — Complete KYC/AML Verification

To comply with international regulations, all investors must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

You will be asked to submit:

  • Valid identification
  • Proof of address
  • Source of funds / source of wealth declaration
  • Corporate documents (for company investors)
  • UBO (beneficial owner) information

All documentation is handled securely and confidentially.

Step 4 — Investment Suitability Review

Our compliance and investment teams review your profile to ensure:

  • Financial suitability
  • Regulatory eligibility
  • Alignment with your investment objectives

We may request additional information where necessary.

Step 5 — Sign Agreements

Eligible investors will receive:

  • Investment Agreement
  • Subscription Form
  • Risk Acknowledgment
  • Data Protection Consent

These documents formalize your participation.

Step 6 — Capital Allocation & Project Entry

Once agreements are signed and cleared:

  • You receive instructions for capital transfer
  • Funds are allocated to selected projects
  • You gain access to investment tracking (where applicable)
  • You receive quarterly or semi-annual reporting

2. Required Documents

For Individual Investors

  • Passport or National ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Tax identification
  • Source of funds declaration
  • PEP declaration (if applicable)

For Corporate/Institutional Investors

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Corporate structure chart
  • Register of shareholders & UBOs
  • ID documents of directors and UBOs
  • Proof of business address
  • AML policy (if available)
  • Source of funds / wealth documentation
